Dazenimo is an independent, authorized reseller of DAZN Italy subscriptions. Dazenimo is not DAZN and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by DAZN Group. Contact: support@dazenimo.com

2. Data we collect

• Order details: name, email address, country, and selected plan when you check out.
• Support messages: name, email, order number (if provided), and message content when you contact us.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

• To process your order and activate your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, activation, support replies).
• To provide customer support.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant; we never receive your full card details.
• Our hosting and database providers — to run this website and store order records securely.
• Legal authorities — only where required by law.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers (such as ad pixels) on this site.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@dazenimo.com.

6. Security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and all payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Admin access is protected by a separate authenticated login.

7. Data retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to provide support, meet legal/tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact us if you'd like to request deletion of data we're not otherwise required to keep.
